Outreach & Education Action Team
Partners in the Outreach & Education Action Team will conduct the following activities to support the program priorities:- Develop, implement, and assist with the evaluation of the outreach and education plan in support of the P4S mission.
- Provide expertise on developing promotional and outreach strategies for activities that support the mission of P4S.
- Assist with the development, collection, and dissemination of community surveys.
- Provide technical assistance, resources, and support to assist partners and community members in using a common language when discussing the program and policy/environmental change.
- Provide guidance and expertise about outreach and education to other P4S Action Teams and the broader coalition
Community Event Planning Action Team
Partners in the Community Event Planning Action Team will conduct the following activities to support the program priorities:- Develop, implement, and assist with the evaluation of the community events plan in support of the P4S mission.
- Coordinate and promote community events to build support for the coalition’s selected policy/environmental strategies.
- Assist with securing locations and the design of flyers for all community events.
- Develop ideas for community events that support the mission of P4S.
- Liaison between the Media Action Team and the Outreach and Education Committee to facilitate collaborative event planning.
